After learning the importance of self control and not using karate
unless it is truly self defence, beginners learn how to use basic
blocks to fend off attacks before leaning a variety of punches, kicks
and special self defence techniques. As they advance, students go on to learn effective techniques from various styles of martial arts to enable them to defend themselves whether standing up, on the ground or against weapons. Student also have the chance to participate in fun and safe tournaments where they can demonstrate their skills. Tournaments activities include sparring, kata and board breaking. |
